Join me on Sunday, February 12th for an intimate gathering in celebration of self-love - just in time for Valentine's Day! We'll begin by serving a heart opening elixir to allow us to drop into the energy of self-love, and open the space with a self-love meditation. Then we'll dive into a workshop to deepen your self-love and explore self-love practices, and conclude with a heart-centered reiki-infused soundbath.
