Join myself & Erin of La Luz Retreats for a FREE pilates and yoga class followed by a soundbath on a Venice rooftop! The first 20 minutes will be a challenging mat pilates class (with Erin) followed by 40 minutes of yoga and soundhealing (with me!). All levels of fitness are welcome.
